The Norwood Evening Garden Club will host Cheryl Monroe, a Master Gardener and licensed adult educator, who will answer the many questions about planting, growing and pruning Hydrangeas in New England.
She will cover correct garden siting, climate, the best bloomers, native selections, and the best varieties for sun, shade, and in-between. She will also provide suggestions for hydrangeas that do well in containers and small garden spaces.
The meeting will be held at 6:45 p.m. at the Carriage House behind the First Baptist Church, 71 Bond Street, Norwood. The public is invited to attend for a small donation. Refreshments will be served.
